We work in an area that has the benefit of lots of information, but sometimes when you say everything you actually say nothing. Our process is focused to ensure we understand the insights, objectives, and information. We call it Grab, Shake, & Serve. This is how it works:
During the upfront discovery and analysis, our goal is to grab hold of insights that are fueling your brand's strategic and tactical goals and objectives.
From there, we take that information and shake it up a bit to ensure that we can communicate with your customers in a way that makes them engage, remember, and take action. We work in a highly regulated industry, but that doesn't mean things have to stay the same. We believe in the power of story and using all means possible to drive engagement, message retention, and action when communicating healthcare information.
And about that main thing...it has to stay the main thing. Too often, healthcare content gets clouded with non-essentials. Part of the shake is to shake off the unnecessary.
We don't stop there. Whether content or program, we are fanatical about the final step of serving it up. It has been said that flawless execution can make sub-par great. Why not have both flawless execution and excellent content or programs? Our belief is both can exist, which is why we are passionate about this step. Don't settle for missed timelines, over budget, and mediocre work. It doesn't have to be that way, and you don't have to pay Madison Avenue prices to get it.
